Call it what you want!

I know I've been so lazy recently, so haven’t even got a single clear thought to write about and share with you.Even by now (and it feels it would be the same till the very end of my life), I am having entangled and insane thoughts, huh, as usual.

But being back home was an awesome time that I’ll never forget with surprisingly snow-lacking St. Petersburg, my dearest dears and beloved loves.

Now a big girl is back to London and even done with exams. No one know what is going to be the next phase you are going live through, but this time I finally back to my normal feelings for London – happiness and enjoying myself, my life and people around me.So basically, what I do here right now, despite the Uni, Friday placement and jogging is discovering something new and unseen before in this city. I have to confess, I’ve always been driven with the need to visit all the must-see places in London, but not just giving it a chance to stroll around and see the magic in the air. Now I’m being better with that, adorable markets with delicious food and vintage store instead of Oxford circus and Bond Street, which I can’t stand no more.

Portobello market is surely a number one market among tourists to go, and you basically can’t even see everything with enormous crowds of people with cameras having fun while their short visits to London. But, no one is to blame that I live just 10 minutes walk from it and it has amazingly beautiful and rich selection of fresh flowers on the weekends.

But if you have a chance to be here on a weekday, that would be a completely new feeling, you’ll finally see all those intriguing antique stores with charming wooden chests, cricket bats and jewelry boxes of all kind of sizes.Believe me, you’ll find there large number of vintage stores with unforgettable Yves Saint Laurent earrings from 80’s and dresses made of old antique laces.Lots of not that Waterstones type bookstores (Nottinghill Books, Books for Cooks), which are cozy and tiny with all the beautiful and unique covers and bindings on the shelves.

And on a weekday treat yourself with a delicious lunch in one of the restaurants on the Portobello Road or any close streets. My favorite sea bass fillet with spinach is served in adorable The First Floor bar that has a selection of chairs and tables of all kind and gorgeous mirrors on the walls.

Key direction for you, my dear sweet tooth, will be a tiny Hummingbird Bakery, with cupcakes so beautiful, that you'll think twice to eat them and carrot cake so yummy, that it dissapeares from the window in few seconds.
